Most people come to our website to see what an appraisal will cost. Unfortunately, due to the Sherman Act and Anti-Trust law implications, we are not allowed legally to post them online. However, this is what we can tell you:
- Lending appraisals are typically more than non-lending reports because of the number of forms needed for completion.
- The fee for a typical house in a cookie-cutter subdivision in North Las Vegas is less than a 5-acre horse property in Pahrump.
